Where do you ship from? Are the products drop shipped?
All of our products are shipped directly from Bend, Oregon, USA. Everything is made in-house — we do not use drop shipping or other manufacturers to create our products.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days. If you're working with a tight timeline, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping time depends on the method you select at checkout. Delivery estimates are set by the shipping carrier, and we unfortunately do not have control over their timelines.
Can I get my order by a certain deadline?
Some products include a "Date Needed By" field at checkout where you can let us know your event deadline. While this note helps us flag tight timelines and recommend shipping upgrades when needed, it does not override the processing and shipping timeframes shown at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the appropriate shipping method to ensure timely delivery. If you’re unsure whether your order will arrive in time, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we're happy to help!
Choosing Celebrities for Scratch-Off Game
Choosing the celebrities is an easy and fun process. I will send you the link to the celebrity list after purchasing. The list will have the names and faces of each celebrity, and you'll checkmark who you want, then press submit.
Please message me if you'd like to view the list before purchasing.
Will I receive a proof for approval?
Yes, we provide digital proofs for customized products such as Who Has the Groom?, Who Has the Dad?, and similar items. You'll have the opportunity to review and request changes if needed.
If we don't hear back within 24–72 hours (depending on your event date), we will proceed with your order to ensure it ships on time.
I Purchased a Digital/DIY Template
You will have access to your template(s) within minutes after you have placed your order. You will receive the link to the email address registered with your Etsy account.
Upon purchase, you can access and edit your templates in Corjl for 180 days. If you need them longer, just send me a message.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of Gather Prints' customized digital & physical merchandise, I do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your item, please message me privately via email in order to resolve any discrepancies. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping Carrier Issues:
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, I do not have any control over it. The order is not eligible for a refund under any circumstance if the order was delayed, lost, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier if needed.
