Return Policy

Due to the nature of Gather Print's, customized digital & physical merchandise, I do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your item, please privately message me via email me in order to resolve any discrepancies. I want you to be completely satisfied your purchase.

Shipping Carrier Issues:

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, I do not have any control over it.  The order is not eligible for a refund under any circumstance if the order was delayed, lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.  The customer is also responsible for communication with the shipping carrier if needed.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If the shipping carrier is responsible for a lost or damaged order, the order is not eligible for a refund and the customer will need to communicate with the shipping carrier.
